A Quick One

This one is extra quick because I am running late for work and I accidently deleted my post... seems like I am posting in the morning for the previous day's commute...

I had to come into work early due to a doctor's appointment and PT. The good news? I'm free... or on parol as they put it. They still would like me to work on strengthening.. to keep up with the kids as they put it... niiiiiccceeee. My kids are already way beyond me which I am so grateful for.
Can I get an Amen?
