If Your Goin' To San Francisco
The night was cold... bitterly so. Those without four walls and central heating, no one to huddle with for warmth, passed back over the rainbow bridge rejoining the family and friends of yesteryear.Ice clung to the windshield, causing me to pause as the truck defrosted for road readiness.
I believe the fog the hung in the valley was also due to the chill...
Since I was going to a play after dinner, I drove into the city... which proved to be a lucky choice later on.Five bucks over the bridge, a cheery good morning and I am now in the big city...
Taking my normal route to work... The Marina, Columbus, Market, 2nd Street and park.
While at work, Lizzie called me to let me know we were almost out of the herbal medicine for Robyn.. so Lizzie called Dr. Cowan and he said he would leave some on the porch. The office is near Haight/Ashbury, so driving into the city proved to be a wise choice.
A normal day at work, and I'm off... heading down Howard past my normal turn-off at 7th.
I turned up Van Ness and turned left at the auditorium where the SF Symphony plays..
I then headed west towards the infamous Haight|Ashbury..
When one arrives at the Haight, one can not help but notice that it is quite a colorful place... I saw two folks who looked like their home was what they could carry.. and they actually could carry quite a bit since one of them was in a wheelchair.. anyway, they wer in the middle of the street, looking around wildly.Unfortunately, I didn't have time to stop and get their picture.

Nice blogging! I love the pictures as well as the photoshopping.
I am now in the mood for something pumpkin-y.
